Coyote Creek Consulting is looking for an Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team!

About Our Opportunity:

We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Support Specialist.

This Position is 100% remote work.

The inside sales role will include helping our Account Executives prepare proposals and sales orders, ordering products from our suppliers, and coordinating delivery to our clients. Updating and maintaining our CRM systems. Coordinating and project managing sales events such as tradeshows, webinars, and other live events. This position may include some cold calling.

This position will include some office administration duties which may include: ordering office supplies, receiving deliveries, invoicing, order entry, etc.

Job Functions:

Communicating with existing and potential customers providing technical information/support and the availability of products and services, maintaining a strong customer rapport

Prepare Atlassian Software quotes in support of our Account Executives. Interact with Atlassian licensing specialists as needed to gather required information

Attain expert knowledge on Atlassian Software product packaging, pricing and ordering process(training will be provided)

Review and follow-up on issues on behalf of clients

Gain intermediate understanding of all solutions and services provided by Coyote Creek

Work closely with sales representative as needed.

Escalate technical issues to vendor support teams

About You:

  • College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years working experience.
  • Organized, and good attention to detail, with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience and skills with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-Starter with the ability to succeed with minimal supervision and support.
  • Flexibility and willingness to pitch in as needed. Some duties will include office administration.
  • Willingness to work hard to gain experience in Sales and Marketing
